Sampa Sweets is a company based in North Vancouver BC, that makes Brazil’s most beloved and traditional desserts.
Lead by Ana and Fernanda, two best friends who shared a deep passion for baking.
We are a proudly Canadian company with a Brazilian Soul.
What do we make?
The most beloved Brazilian dessert, the Brigadeiro. Similar to fudge or truffle but better!
The traditional one is made from simple ingredients, such as condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter, slowly cooked at the right temperature to achieve a soft and chewy texture.
At Sampa Sweets, we sprinkle our brigadeiros with the finest ingredients to make your sweet moments even more delightful!
How everything started?
The two friends decided to introduce the irresistible delights of brigadeiros to their coworkers as a heartfelt gift. Filled with a desire to share a taste of their Brazilian heritage, they carefully prepared batches of homemade brigadeiros, blending traditional flavors with their own unique touch.
The coworkers were immediately captivated by the sweet treats, and the brigadeiros became an instant hit! Encouraged by the enthusiastic response, Ana and Fernanda saw an opportunity to turn their passion into a business adventure, giving birth to the Sampa Sweets brand.
The Brand
With their logo, featuring the symbol of São Paulo with its iconic buildings and palm trees, they aimed to pay homage to their beloved city and its unique cultural identity.
As Sampa brand expands its reach, their brigadeiros not only bring joy to customers but also serve as a delightful reminder of the friendship, and cultural exchange that inspired their creation.
